Today, 7th grade math students of Mr. Wells' class were given integers and directed to find their relationship.
They successfully created a number line with positives/negatives using whole numbers / decimals/ fractions. This collaborative & engaging activity was awesome ❤️⭐️💙
6th grade has been hard at work this week in science with an introductory lab & collaborative groups. Ms. Martin has encouraged their creative thinking & problem-solving skills throughout this project! ❤️⭐️💙 Stars lead the way with innovation & determination!

Our 5th grade students have already been an incredible addition to our North Star Family! They worked hard these past few days to learn all about NMS, procedures, and what it means to be a Star ⭐️ These students have been working collaboratively & with technology this week ❤️⭐️💙
The Loudon County Board of Education continually works with all of our city and county first responders to evaluate safety protocols at our schools as we strive to provide the safest environment for our students. Because of the high volume of traffic on the roads surrounding Eaton Elementary and North Middle, those picking up students as car riders will be permitted to begin lining up on the front and back roads at Eaton and North at 1:45. The first car in line will only be allowed to go as far onto campus as marked on the attached map. After buses have arrived at 2:30, cars will be allowed to pull forward to the original spot from last year. Our normal traffic routes and dismissal flow will remain unchanged. If you need to come pick-up your child early, you can still do so. Parents are still welcome to participate in all the wonderful events that take place at Eaton Elementary and North Middle School. We appreciate your help in our continual effort to improve our campus safety.
