We all experience stress throughout our lives. Middle school can be a particularly stressful time for kids. We are here to help! Students can make an appointment to see a counselor by sending us an email. We will also learn about stress and positive coping skills in Guidance class. Students will learn the importance of not only taking care of our physical health but also our mental health.
